The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of €99.00 per order for wood-burning stoves delivered within Germany. For deliveries to German islands, an individual island surcharge will be applied.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 9.00 euros for parcel shipments. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The flat-rate shipping fee is $0 for La Nordica wood-burning stoves, $99 for Feuer & Flamme wood-burning stoves, and $9 for parcel shipping. The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory value-added tax. As VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated based on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower sales tax rates (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be calculated definitively during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, only lower in your favor.
